1. Eligibility: To become a vendor on our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
2. Product Listings: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the products you list on our platform. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of your products.
3. Transactions: We are not a party to any transactions between vendors and buyers on our platform. We are not responsible for any disputes that may arise between vendors and buyers.
4. Fees: We may charge vendors a fee for using our platform. These fees are subject to change at any time.
5. Intellectual Property: You warrant that you own or have the right to use any intellectual property rights associated with the products you list on our platform.
6. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your vendor account at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms and conditions or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or your use of our platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a third party arbitration organization.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of GearXPro’s  legal department.
9. Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately.
